My Feet’s Warm Containers

Sitting on a park bench, my brand-new shoes have just been freed from the box, tightly wrapping my feet like two fresh, warm containers.

Sunlight hits the white leather, making them look irresistibly tempting. I lean back lazily, legs propped up, gently swinging my feet and savoring that faint new-shoe scent mixed with my own. They belong to me now.

Jeans rolled to the ankles, cute patterns peek from my white socks. My toes flex inside, each movement pressing against the leather, making the surface bulge slightly.

I look down at them and imagine someone kneeling in front, cupping these tightly bound feet, slowly unlacing the shoes.

They’re no longer just tools for walking. Today they are the main characters — two living desires perfectly sealed in their new containers.

I keep playing with my phone, letting them stay on display.
